Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms describe the use of SnagDeal, an independent directory that helps visitors explore third-party brand promotions. Review these terms and the relevant offer provider’s terms before participating.
About SnagDeal
SnagDeal presents promotional information and links to offer providers. SnagDeal does not issue the displayed discounts, gift cards or rewards and does not determine whether a participant qualifies. A listed brand name or image does not mean the retailer operates or endorses SnagDeal.
Offer availability and eligibility
Displayed amounts describe promotions subject to the provider’s terms. Availability may depend on location, age, account status, required activities and other eligibility rules. Opening a page or clicking Continue does not guarantee a discount, coupon, gift card or reward.
Participation requirements
The provider determines the steps required to qualify. Activities may involve providing information, completing offers, purchases, trials or subscriptions. Review any costs, cancellation conditions, deadlines and completion requirements on the provider’s website before agreeing to participate.
External websites
External websites and affiliate networks operate separately from SnagDeal. Their terms, privacy practices and support processes apply to your interactions with them. Check the destination and its full offer information before submitting personal or payment details.
Information changes
Offers may change or end, and information shown on SnagDeal may become outdated. Confirm the current amount and requirements with the provider. Provider terms govern participation in that provider’s promotion.
Using this website
Use SnagDeal for lawful browsing. Do not attempt to access the private administration area without permission, disrupt the service or misrepresent your relationship with SnagDeal or a listed brand. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
